We offer morning and evening classes designed for all levels whether you're just starting or pushing toward mastery.

That’s 6 classes and 6 hours of focused training per week, delivered with personalized attention to help you grow stronger, faster, and smarter in your journey.

Weekly Schedule

  • Monday – 17:45 PM | Muay Thai

  • Tuesday – 05:00 AM | Muay Thai / Kickboxing

  • Wednesday – 17:45 PM | Boxing

  • Thursday – 05:00 AM | Boxing

  • Friday – 17:45 PM | MMA

  • Saturday – Optional Sparring (when you feel ready)

In time, we will also be adding fitness, strength, body weight training, and other martial arts sessions to the program

Morning Group Classes (06h00-07h00)

  • Monday: Muay Thai (Cardio Focus) Boost heart rate and burn fat with high-intensity boxing drills and movement

  • Tuesday: Muay Thai (Beginner Techniques & Fitness) Muay Thai fundamentals while developing stamina, coordination, and combat fitness.

  • Wednesday: Boxing (Cardio Focus) Boost heart rate and burn fat with high-intensity boxing drills and movement

  • Thursday: Lethwei, MMA and Muay Thai (Beginner & Basics)
    Thursday sessions will rotate between Lethwei, MMA, Muay Thai and Grappling, all focused on beginner-level techniques and foundational skills.

The specific class offered each Thursday will be announced weekly on our News Page.

Evening Group Classes (18h00-19h00)

  • Monday: Muay Thai (Intermediate) Focus on technique, clinch control, and fight IQ with advanced striking drills and movement.

  • Wednesday: Muay Thai (Beginner Techniques & Fitness) Muay Thai fundamentals while developing stamina, coordination, and combat fitness.
