In time, we will also be adding fitness, strength, body weight training, and other martial arts sessions to the program
Monday: Muay Thai (Cardio Focus) Boost heart rate and burn fat with high-intensity boxing drills and movement
Tuesday: Muay Thai (Beginner Techniques & Fitness) Muay Thai fundamentals while developing stamina, coordination, and combat fitness.
Wednesday: Boxing (Cardio Focus) Boost heart rate and burn fat with high-intensity boxing drills and movement
Thursday: Lethwei, MMA and Muay Thai (Beginner & Basics)
Thursday sessions will rotate between Lethwei, MMA, Muay Thai and Grappling, all focused on beginner-level techniques and foundational skills.
The specific class offered each Thursday will be announced weekly on our News Page.
Monday: Muay Thai (Intermediate) Focus on technique, clinch control, and fight IQ with advanced striking drills and movement.
Wednesday: Muay Thai (Beginner Techniques & Fitness) Muay Thai fundamentals while developing stamina, coordination, and combat fitness.
