General Rules:

Registration and Check-In: All students must register with NattyBlaze Pvt Ltd prior to attending classes. For gym access, personal mobile phones with data must be used to scan the QR code or use the issued tag. No phone or tag means no access to the gym.Safety First: Safety equipment, including gloves and mouthguards, must be worn during all sparring sessions. Personal protective gear should be in good condition and approved by the coach.Respect and Conduct: Respect towards fellow students, trainers, and gym equipment is paramount. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.Cleanliness: Students are expected to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Gym equipment must be wiped down after use.Timeliness: Arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session to avoid disruption.

Campus-Specific Rules:

University ID: Students must carry their university ID at all times during the training sessions.Campus Decorum: Adhere to the university's code of conduct while on campus premises. This includes respecting campus property and maintaining an environment conducive to learning.Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol or illegal drugs before or during training sessions is strictly prohibited.

Contract Cancellation:

Notice Period: Cancellation of memberships requires a 1-month notice.Early Cancellation Penalty: Cancelling a contract early will incur a penalty fee equal to 40% of the contract value still outstanding, excluding the 1-month notice period, which will be due in full.Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed classes or partial months.

Liability and Insurance:

Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.Personal Insurance: Students are encouraged to have personal health insurance coverage.
